Refund Policy

At TrustLink.shop, we strive to deliver high-quality services. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service initiation.

  • Refunds apply only in cases where:

    • The service has not been started.

    • There is a failure to deliver the agreed service scope due to our fault.

    • There are proven technical issues preventing the execution of the service.

  • Refunds are NOT applicable for:

    • Change of mind after work has commenced.

    • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of required information, delayed approvals, communication gaps).

    • Partial service completion where work has been delivered as per the agreed scope.

2. Refund Process

  • Clients must submit refund requests via email at service@trustlink.shop with the order details and reason for the refund.

  • Upon review, if the refund is approved, the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method or via bank transfer as applicable.
