Refund Policy
At TrustLink.shop, we strive to deliver high-quality services. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service initiation.
Refunds apply only in cases where:
The service has not been started.
There is a failure to deliver the agreed service scope due to our fault.
There are proven technical issues preventing the execution of the service.
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
Change of mind after work has commenced.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of required information, delayed approvals, communication gaps).
Partial service completion where work has been delivered as per the agreed scope.
2. Refund Process
Clients must submit refund requests via email at service@trustlink.shop with the order details and reason for the refund.
Upon review, if the refund is approved, the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited using the original payment method or via bank transfer as applicable.
